One-off payments or you can instruct a 'Continued Payment Authority'. This will allow us to access payments when we need them and avoid interruptions in our service to you & your loved ones.

Funds from a direct debit can take several days to reach the beneficiary which could potentially cause an interruption in service. To avoid this, always ensure that an alternative payment method is available. A 'DD' can be varied by amount & date, but you are protected by the 'direct debit guarantee'.

A 'Standing Order' is for a set amount on a set day and is not covered by the direct debit guarantee. 

Bank Transfers are generally instantaneous  - but not always. So beware ... if transfers are not instant from your bank then please ensure that an alternative payment method is available to avoid an interruption in your service.

Although we accept the 'ECheque' please be advised that they can take up to ten days to clear. We 'will not act under any circumstances, for any body - Ever' ... until fees or a retainer have been received  as 'cleared funds' in our client account.

For commercial reasons WE DO NOT accept PayPal or wherever possible, affiliates of PayPal.

We welcome cash payments at our chambers in the City of London. However  - Due to money laundering  regulations, regrettably we have decided to limit cash transactions to a maximum of £1500. Occasionally, by prior arrangement  - we will accept unlimited amounts where a 3.5% handling charge will be incurred.
